I'm Nick Workman, an IT business and process analyst based in the Greater Cincinnati area with a passion for digital transformation, user experience, and solving complex problems.
Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of business needs and technology—helping organizations understand how people work, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate those needs into practical digital solutions.
In my current work, I support technology initiatives across operational environments, working with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, develop prototypes, improve workflows, and support implementation and training.
What I Bring to a Project
I enjoy the space between disciplines.
I'm comfortable talking with business stakeholders about their needs, working through the details of a process, thinking through the user experience, and translating all of that into something a technical team can actually build.
I particularly enjoy projects where the solution isn't immediately obvious—where someone has a complicated process, an inefficient application, or an idea that needs to be figured out.
Outside of Work
Technology isn't my only creative outlet.
I'm also passionate about baking, fitness, design, travel, and exploring new ideas. I enjoy projects that combine creativity with practical problem-solving, which is one of the reasons I find UX and digital transformation particularly rewarding.
And, of course, I share my home with Roscoe, a dachshund who contributes absolutely nothing to my professional skill set but remains an important member of the team.
Let's Build Something Better
Whether you have a well-defined project or simply a problem you haven't figured out how to solve yet, I'd be happy to talk.
